1) Prepare the skin: Make sure the skin is dry and clean. Use the specific cream for each function to maximize the benefits. Details on the different creams can be found below.
2) Choose the right function: Select the function that best suits your needs: EMS, SLIM, RF or SLIM+RF. In the following section you will find a description of each function.
We recommend using the device three times a week, preferably at night and with a rest day in between. Do you want to combine multiple functions? Then you can schedule them alternately during the week.
3) Move the device over the skin: Make circular movements over the area to be treated and ensure there is sufficient cream so that the device glides smoothly over the skin. Do not use the device for longer than 10 minutes per zone.
4) Automatic shutdown: After 10 minutes, the device will automatically shut down to prevent overheating. It can be used for a total of 30 minutes, divided into different zones. After that, it is advisable to charge the device.
5) After the session: Massage any remaining cream into the skin by hand to avoid wasting product.
Contraindications for the use of the RF Body Device
The use of the RF Body Device is strongly discouraged for the following groups:
- Pregnant and breastfeeding women.
- Women during painful menstrual periods, as they may be more sensitive.
- Children under 14 years of age.
- Patients with serious illnesses or in a critical condition.
- People with epilepsy.
- Patients with severe or inflammatory dermatitis (consult beforehand).
- People who are allergic to metals or substances related to the treatment, such as creams.
- Patients with telangiectasia.
- People with bleeding disorders.
- People with pacemakers or metal implants in their bodies.
- Those with hearing aids and insulin auto-injectors.
In autoimmune diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis, lupus or sclerosis, it is important to seek advice from the treating specialist. If you have tattoos, avoid these areas as much as possible during treatment.
The device is safe to use, but it can cause a feeling of microcurrent, especially for sensitive skin or in certain areas, as it is a powerful device. An adjustment period is normal until you get used to the sensation. If you feel a microcurrent, we recommend always using the function that reduces this sensation and starting with the minimum power until your skin gets used to it. In addition, we recommend applying a cream and waiting two minutes before the treatment. The EMS and RF functions should be used together with the RF Body Firming cream. While the SLIM and RF+SLIM functions are working, the RF Body Slim cream should be used.
You can combine different functions in the same area, but we recommend that you follow a guideline that is consistent with the treatment.
For example, if you want to treat cellulite in your legs but want to treat sagging arms, a guideline might be:
